How it all started...
In the mid-1800's New Vienna Church of Christ was established in New Vienna, Ohio. Though the church was established, the building of the current congregation was put on hold due to the Civil War. Afterwards, the current sanctuary of NVCC was erected. Since then, additions have been made to the backend of the sanctuary for offices and a foyer and in the 1970's the auditorium and classrooms were added along with various additions to the property.
Since then, NVCC has strived to be a congregation that is both relevant and honest to the Gospel truths found in the Bible by focusing on Discipleship, Community, and Sharing the Word of God.

Expanding the vision...
In 2022, NVCC started its campaign to expanded its reach by "Creating Christ-Centered Communities in the Country." Our Vision of New Vienna and beyond is to reach all with the life-changing gospel of Christ while creating a community that allow for people to feel safe and challenged by the gospel of Christ.
Where we are headed...
We would lie if it wasn't our desire to see us grow into a life-giving and life-changing community based out of Southern Ohio. We, not only, want to see a community grow in compassion for God, but a movement of people devoted to the life-changing Gospel of Christ.
Our dream is to change our community into a thriving hub, to see our children teahead the Gospel through daily living, and our reach grow beyond our small town into a movement toward fully devoted followers of Christ.
